Dr. Bilotti has over 20 years of practice experience. He specializes in treating patients with mental health disorders and addictions. His particular clinical interests are in medication-assisted treatment of opiate use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and affective disorders. Dr. Bilotti is Clinical Asst. Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. He is Board-Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, and is also Board Certified in Addiction Medicine.

Dr. Peter Mirkin is a consultant and affiliated provider at Spurwink Adult Behavioral Health in Portland, is the Medical Director of Oxford County Mental Health Services, is on the staff of Maine Health and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and licensed to prescribe Buprenorphine. He is a Life Member of the American Psychiatric Association and a Fellow of the American College of Medical Quality. He 

provides treatment for patients with mental health problems and addictions.

Having grown up on Long Island, NY, Jonathan had the opportunity to get to know and work with a very diverse population. As an adult, he ran his own business for many years until realizing his true passion: working as a therapist. He has had the privilege of working with adult individuals, groups, and couples for the past twelve years. Within the past year, he chose to move to Maine, obtain a license to practice in Maine, and has had the pleasure of getting to know the area while being able to offer therapy to those in need.

Howland is a seasoned Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder professional, who also holds certifications in EMDR, ACT and Callahan TFT, now known as EFT and/or the Tapping Solution, and is a Nationally Certified Tobacco Treatment Professional. He has been in recovery from alcohol & drug addiction for 42 years and from tobacco addiction for 33 years. He has experience in working with people in the LGBTQ community, and extensive experience working with people who have experienced simple or complex trauma in either childhood or adulthood.
